I have been involved in fitness since the late 1970's having been a bodybuilding and powerlifting competitor and trainer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am passionate about fitness and health and live the lifestyle myself.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location at this time and plan to stay small for awhile to be sure we maintain the personal relationship with have with our clients.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, Discover, checks and of course, cash.
