The worst. Very poor customer service. The owner/manager is very rude and uppity. She doesn't listen to you. We told her what we wanted and where we wanted it on the jacket. When we went to pick it up it was not how we wanted it. She argued that it didn't spell it out on the order so therefore we get it the way they like to do it. If we wanted it a certain way then we should have had it put down on the order form. The crazy thing is that the picture on the order form showed exactly what we wanted BUT "it wasn't explained in words so the picture didn't matter." She is just very rude and doesn't care about customer service. Don't go there. Very very very poor customer service!
