Aggressive Representation

Beware, Holstrom, Sissung, Marks and Anderson law firm will dwindle you retainer account quickly. They will charge ( $350 - $ 425 PER HOUR )for everything!!!!!! They charged me for phone calls and letters to the County, also a monthly charge to update my file even if nothing was going on. So every month a charge of $ 85 was applied, even when their was no activity on my case!!!!!!!. They will nickle and dime you, until your retainer is gone. I went to court with them one time and my $3000 ( THREE THOUSAND DOLLAR ) retainer is gone. Also, they were rude and had a hostile attitude over the phone when I called to ask about all of these charges. I had no prior knowledge of these charges or I would have not retained them. BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL YOU HAVE NO MORE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
